International Rescue Committee

Credit or debit cards can be used on this website in dollars and
most other currencies.
Central European Gathering. This site gives the bank account
number (Fio Bank) of Quakers in Central Europe-----however funds
can only be sent in Euros.

There is a PO Box for donations in the US on the Friends House Moscow
The Quaker FWCC website shows the costs of caring for the refugees
in Poland, Estonia, and Georgia...for example rent for a one bedroom
is 250-300 euros, bandage .40 euro, blood transfusion .40 euros,
covid test 2.80 euros ea etc.

Ukraine (Not so much in Afghanistan)
